Camp Calendar 2018
Camp Pugwash offers a variety of exciting activities, group recreation and experiences. Each camper customizes an activity program to their own preferences. And our NEW Specialty Camp allows a camper to ‘specialize’ in one of the five areas all week long – Artist Camp, Gymnastics Camp, Horse Camp, Music Camp, Water Camp. Interwoven through each Camp will be the distinctive theme of growing a relationship with Jesus Christ!

Blind Camp
Any and all individuals who are clinically diagnosed as blind are welcome at this outreach Camp. We provide almost a full week of experiential learning and enjoyment for this physically challenged community. If you know someone who is blind, please recommend this Camp!
Junior & Teen Camp
All of our camps are designed to allow the camper to customize their experience by selecting activities of their choice. Activity selection is generally broken down into the following: Four class periods consisting of a mix of Activities (i.e.: canoeing, archery, swimming, tubing, horsemanship, crafts, gymnastics, adventure sports, etc.). These Camps are great opportunities to meet new friends, learn new skills, and just have a blast, while drawing closer in relationship with Jesus!
Specialty Camp
This Camp is NEW this year! In connection with the spiritually- driven, specialized Horse Camp we have offered in prior years, we will be including other specialization activities for this Camp week.
Enjoy learning from one of the best horse trainers in North America–Esther Lorenson RN Certified Equestrian Instructor. The instructors for our other four areas are students (University/Academy) who excel in these particular areas
Horsemanship Camp is a fun, hard working, week where one learns not only how to ride, but how to care and better understand their horse, and to better understand their relationship with their Master and Creator. Horsemanship Camp provides gradient training for those with entry-level skills as well as for those with more advanced skills up to the professional level in several different areas, included are: English and Western Equitation, Packing, Training, Basic Veterinary skills, and Spiritual Presentation using horses as illustrations. Camp is for campers ages 12 – 99+ who have basic skills such as leading, tacking, and riding without assistance.
Camp Pugwash maintains high standards of healthful living. Our kitchen staff prepare tasty, nutritious vegetarian meals and we do not serve caffeinated beverages.
