Camper Application forms can be viewed and printed using Adobe Acrobat; a free plug-in for your browser. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat, download it now by clicking the button below. After downloading and installing the plug-in return to this page to retrieve the application form.

Once you have printed an application form, fill it out and return it to Camp Pugwash by mail or by fax (if you are paying by credit card).

If you choose to register online, you will be able to choose your activities immediately. Activities will not be confirmed until we recieve the $50 minimum deposit. If you choose the paper method, someone will contact you upon reciept of your application to help you choose your activities.
