Paper application forms may also be downloaded here. The Camper application 2011 may be printed from this web site or contact Camp Pugwash if you wish to have one mailed to you. You will not be able to choose activities immediately using the paper method. We will contact you to help you choose activites when you use this option.

Refund Policy
Camp fees may be refunded minus the $50 non-refundable deposit in extreme medical emergency situations or death. The camp director reserves the right to make that decision on a case by case basis.
When to Arrive
Registration commences at 4:00 pm on Sundays. Please, no requests for early registration; our staff is involved in other duties until the announced time of registration. Those bringing campers should provide their lunch prior to arrival.
Check Out
Check-Out time is by 9:00 am Sunday, and Horsemanship Camps check-out time is TBA on Friday. There is no supervision provided on Sundays without special arrangements being made (Fees will apply). Please request this personally by contacting the camp. Please do not leave your child unattended.

From June 13 until August 1 call (902) 243-2097 for inquiries, applications forms, and other camp business. Calls to campers can be placed at: (902) 243-2097.
If you would like your camper to receive mail while at camp, mail letters the week prior to:

- Bible
- Everyday clothes
- Changes of underwear
- Pajamas
- Modest swimsuit (one piece or two piece & t-shirt for girls)
- Toothbrush & paste
- Soap, towel & washcloth
- Long pants and sturdy shoes with heels required for horseback riding
- Brush or comb
- Sleeping bag / bedding
- Pillow
- Cash for store purchases and offering (all cash is deposited and kept in the camp bank)
- Pen/pencil, writing paper
- Flashlight
- Recyclable camera
- Laundry bag
- Rain gear
- Dressier clothes for Church
- A friend to share the fun!
What to Leave Home
Personal stereos, TV’s, Videogames, valuables, jewelry, weapons, fireworks, alcohol, tobacco, drugs.
Camp Pugwash is a drug free, alcohol free, No Smoking Zone!
Regular screening for head lice is the best means for stopping a case from spreading. Campers will be checked upon arrival at registration by the camp nurse and staff. All campers will not be admitted to camp if nits or adults are found.
